What is Redwolf's Exchange Policy during the current lockdown?
We are not able to process returns at the moment since items can not be delivered to our office in Mumbai due to the current restrictions. We are accepting returns up to 60 days from the date of delivery during this period. We will arrange for a return once the restrictions are lifted. For health and safety reasons, we will be accepting returns only for manufacturing defects at the moment.*These terms take precedence over all the information below.
What is Redwolf's Exchange Policy for T-shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can request a return for it from your orders page. We will issue credit in your Redwolf Wallet for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable).
Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up. We will issue credit for your return after it reaches our office and the products are verified. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
Can I return some products out of a larger order?
Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Redwolf's Exchange Policy?
Posters, Boxer Shorts, Mobile Covers, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Coasters, Fridge Magnets, Headphones, Mystery T-shirts, pre-ordered products and Shot Glasses are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

What is Redwolf's Exchange Policy for Boxer Shorts?
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for inner wear in the interest of hygiene.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please request a return for it from your orders page and mention the error or defect in your order.
Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
You can cancel your order from your orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 11am every working day. Orders containing Posters, Mobile Covers, Coffee Mugs, Beer Mugs, Coasters, Fridge Magnets and Shot Glasses can not be cancelled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned.
Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 2 times.
